Don’t Waste Your Life.

The title of this book doubles as my biggest fear: a wasted life. A life that lacks authenticity, impact, and purpose. One that focuses inward rather than outward. In the book, John Piper writes, “the really wonderful moments of this world are not the moments of self-satisfaction, but self-forgetfulness.” When we die to ourselves and truly prioritize glorifying God and serving others above our own satisfaction, then we find a life overflowing with meaning. “I beg you: desire for your life to have eternal significance.” Desire for your life to count for more than just worldly things. The Creator of the universe does. Why don’t you?

Matthew 16:25- “For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.”
